Super friendly staff they held my hand literally as i was getting my moles removed from my face i was so nervous! It took them 2 minutes and was in and out in no time have very little scaring and am so pleased with the results would come again highley recommend also the staff privided any advice and questions in person or through email about the after care of my scars and gave me a help sheet along with it very informative and they took the time to make me feel so safe during the procedure i highley recommend Southface clinics ????????

Very professional. Every month I go for treatment to improve an e-etragenic scar on my face. Every month I see improvement. Very caring and knowledgeable staff. Would recommend to anyone.

Extremely disappointed with the service received by this clinic. after the practitioner arrived 10 minutes late for an appointment for my son, they then proceeded to quickly view the area of acne, and prescribed a prescription which he could have simply got from the Doctor. Total appointment time 19 minutes (maximum) = £250. NOT GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY and I personally feel takes advantage of the younger demographic, who need this type of help. This review is left without prejudice.

Fabulous, can't recommend them highly enough. From start to finish. Everyone is a complete professional from reception to medical staff. It's unusual to meet professionals who care these days and the doctors at Southface are special in that they make you feel relaxed. Treatment is swift and efficient, but kindly at the same time. Private prices are reasonable as well.

Having moved to this area for the beaches and fishing, I felt it prudent to get advice from Dr Robertshaw about the high number of moles on my back. Having been concerned that some of these could be pre-cancerous, I was reassured to learn that my "moles" were in fact seborrhoeic keratoses ("age warts"), and that my precautions in the sun put me in a low risk category for skin cancer. I would highly recommend Dr Robertshaw to anyone seeking advice, a second opinion or treatment for their skin condition.

My G.P recommended Southfacing clinic for the removal of my cancer spots.I was worried about how painful the stitches would be, the doctor reassured me, that I would experience minimal pain. As it turned out I was pleasently surprised from the stitching, that I only experienced slight discomfort.Fantastic friendly team the stitches have beenincredibly neat and small. Any questions about my cancer spots I got a swift reply as I sent them via email.I would highly recommend Southfacing clinic to anyone neading this type of procedured

The NHS confirmed a bcc on my nose. Rather than wait months, I visited Dr.Robertshaw at Southface and had it removed swiftly. The initial consultation, the procedure itself and the after care have all been superb.

Dr Helen Robertshaw and her team were fantastic through every step of the process to remove a large bcc from the end of my nose. We have always received a Professional, friendly experience at Southface. Second time receiving treatment from this clinic after successful treatment a few years previously. Would recommend Dr Robertshaw. CV-19 secure, felt safe, but welcoming too. The Secretary is amazing too, and walks you through the admin, which is very helpful.

I've had two treatments so far and been very happy with everything about South Face. The communication has been very professional as well as the treatment on arrival at the clinic. Amanda is an excellent nurse, very friendly, and puts you at ease. The treatment itself has proved better than I hoped after just two treatments so very happy with the results.

I have had three sessions to reduce veins and pigmentation on my face and sadly can only give one star as the results have been very disappointing. My contact and treatment was with the lovely Amanda and the one star is given because I was treated professionally and every care was taken by her. However there is no improvement apart from a few veins that have disappeared and actually the pigmentation is worse in some places. Maybe it’s not suitable for everyone but I would have hoped that an alternative could have been discussed. I am not in the habit of posting reviews but felt as asked I had to provide a realistic account. This is an aesthetic procedure and not a life threatening condition and I would still be more than happy to consult with this practice on any medical matters.

I went to the clinic with my daughter for laser hair removal with Amanda. She is very professional and welcoming. We felt very safe; they took our temperature at our arrival, we disinfected our hands and all the staff were wearing PPE. The clinic is very clean. Highly recommended!

I went to Southface clinic and saw Dr Robertshaw for a mole mapping session. She was very friendly and put me at ease straight away. The equipment used to scan the moles is extremely impressive and having the appointment has put my mind at ease, knowing that there is a log of my moles should they ever change over the years.Highly recommend this service for peace of mind and the team are lovely.PPE was adhered to and my temp was checked as well.

The team at Southface are very welcoming and professional. I’ve had laser hair removal and been very impressed with the results so far. Recently the clinic has reopened after COVID and all staff are in PPE and it feel very safe.

A very professional and ethical clinic offering expert advice. I had laser treatment for blood vessels on my nose which were visible. I would not hesitate to use this clinic in the future. I feel much more confident since having the treatment as I was becoming very self conscious about the red patch at the end of my nose! Thank you Southface!

I have been seeing Amanda for facials and advice on skincare products over many years, she is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Southface is an excellent clinic and I have now booked further aesthetic treatments. All of the staff are very friendly and welcoming and show a lot of care to their clients.
