To request repeat medication, please complete the form below.
Once the form has been submitted, an invoice will be sent to you via email for the prescription request fee.

Step 1
Fill in the request form.

Step 2
Your doctor will review the request and send a online link to your phone and email for the prescription via Signature RX.

Step 3
You will collect and pay the pharmacy for your prescription.

Eligibility for Medication Requests
Medication requests can only be made by patients who have been seen by one of our doctors in the last 12 months. The medication requested must be a repeat prescription that has been previously prescribed.
Note: Our doctors cannot issue new medication requests to any new patients or to patients that have not been seen within the last 12 months. If you fall into either of these categories, please call us at 01202 702827 to discuss your request and arrange an appointment.
Repeat Prescription Fee
A £20 repeat prescription fee is required at the time of submitting your request. This fee covers the doctor’s time and the SignatureRX e-prescription fee.

Request Processing
After submitting your request, a dermatologist or doctor will review it. If no further action is needed, your repeat medication(s) will be prescribed. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee the request will be processed the same day it is submitted, and requests will not be actioned over the weekend. Please allow up to 48 hours for an update.
If you require an urgent prescription, please contact the team at 01202 702827.
Receiving Your Prescription
Once your medication request is processed, you will receive a text message and email from Signature RX. Show this message or email to a pharmacy of your choice and they will provide you with the medication. The pharmacy will charge you directly for the medication, and prices may vary depending on the specific drug. (We are unable to advise on cost) Alternatively, you can select the delivery option for medication to be posted to your address.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
