Louise Kazemi
Specialist Pelvic Health Physiotherapist
I have been a Specialist Pelvic Health Physiotherapist for the last 9 years. I work in both the NHS and private practice. My practice covers all areas of pelvic health, including Obstetrics, Postnatal, Urogynaecology, Gynaecology, Urology and Colorectal. I treat both men and women.
I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council and my special clinical interest is in Pelvic Health (Women’s and Men’s Health).
I currently work as a Team lead and Specialist Pelvic Health physio in my NHS role at University Hospitals Dorset (UHD). I attend regular Multi-Disciplinary Team meetings at UHD where a complex patient caseload is discussed for urogynaecology and colorectal pelvic floor patients. I am also an independent prescriber.
Pelvic health is an area I am very passionate about and committed to improving care and quality of life for both men and women of all ages. I am able to address taboo and sensitive topics openly in a safe space and advocate for individuals to seek support for any concerns, including those that may be embarrassing or uncomfortable to discuss. My ultimate aim is to make a positive difference to people's lives and help both men and women return to the life they love.
